Welcome to AIResume PK ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of airesume.pk, including our AI resume builder, ATS Score Checker, blog, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading a resume, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AIResume PK provides tools to create, edit, score, host, and export resumes. Features may include:

Free ATS Score Checker (PDF and Word upload)
Resume Builder with templates and live preview
AI-assisted text rewriting for summaries and experience bullets
PDF export and public vanity URL sharing
Educational blog content

We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. The Service is provided primarily as a free offering; we reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with clear disclosure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Your Account

When you register, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@airesume.pk if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws in Pakistan or your jurisdiction.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content or impersonate another person.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party services integrated with the Service.
Scrape, crawl, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
Use automated bots to create accounts or abuse free-tier features at scale.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of resume content and other materials you create ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — including hosting your public resume when you enable a vanity URL, running ATS analysis, and generating AI suggestions at your request.

You represent that Your Content is yours to share and does not violate any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in your resumes and applications.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI suggestions are provided as drafting aids, not guaranteed outcomes. You must review all AI-generated text for accuracy before use. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from AI output you choose to include in applications or public profiles.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, templates, software, logos, and blog content (excluding Your Content), is owned by AIResume PK or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our platform except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

9. Public Vanity URLs

If you enable a public resume link, anyone with the URL may view that resume. You control this setting and may disable it at any time. We are not responsible for how third parties use information you choose to make public.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, SPECIFIC ATS SCORES, JOB OFFERS, INTERVIEWS, OR THAT RESUMES WILL PASS ANY PARTICULAR EMPLOYER'S SCREENING.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIResume PK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE THOUSAND PAKISTANI RUPEES (PKR 1,000).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIResume PK from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated via email or an on-site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
