Welcome to AIResume PK. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AIResume PK, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AIResume PK provides tools to create, edit, and host resumes. We may offer AI-assisted writing and PDF export. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Impersonate others or submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service (e.g. hosting your public resume).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that resumes will achieve any particular result (e.g. passing ATS or securing jobs).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
