Numan Matloob

Numan Matloob is an information technology leader based in Lahore, Pakistan, with more than 12 years of experience designing, securing, and scaling enterprise infrastructure for multi-site organizations across advertising, engineering, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.
He currently serves as Information Technology Manager at Kinetic Pakistan (WPP Media), where he oversees IT infrastructure for multiple companies — including data center modernization, cloud migration (Microsoft 365), disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and ERP support. Before that, he led IT at Etimaad Engineering across Pakistan and the Gulf, and held senior roles at Wilshire Labs and Dollar East Exchange.
AIResume.pk was built from a simple insight: the same parsing, formatting, and systems logic that enterprise software relies on also decides whether a job application ever reaches a human recruiter. Numan founded the platform to give every job seeker — not just IT professionals — access to tools that meet those standards.

Our story
AIResume PK started from a problem Numan saw repeatedly: talented people in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and across Pakistan applying to dozens of jobs and hearing nothing back — not because they lacked skills, but because their resumes never survived applicant tracking systems.
